## Steps

1. Open target: `/privacy-policy`, `/cookie-policy`, or `/engage-terms-of-use`
2. Edit **Legal rich text** body; cookie page intro only (not OneTrust list)
3. Use `task-bulk-find-replace` only with legal review of full page
4. `preview urls` on staging
5. `diff` → `save` → compliance review → `task-publish-handoff`
